Rental Rates 2017 - 2018

Minimum stay is 2 nights, with a three night minimum stay on holiday weekends, and a 5 day minimum stay in July and August.

Rental rates are $235 per day

Weekly rate is $1,500.-

Monthly rate is $2,800.-

Three months  $2,400/mo  

Four months or more $2,200/mo

A one-time cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.

Christmas season December 14 - January 14 

Rental rates are $1,450.- per week

A one-time cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.

Minimum stay is 4 nights  with a 5 night minimum stay between December 14 and January 14.

Rental rates are $199  per night for up to 6 guests.

Weekly rate is $1,200.-

Monthly rate is  $2,800

Three months  $2,400/mo  

Four months or more $2,200/mo

A surcharge of $20 per person per night is charged for extra guests

Christmas season rates December 14 - January 14, up to 8 guests

$300 per night

$2,000.- per week

$3,500.- per month

A one-time cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, check or PayPal. Detailed payment instructions are sent to all guests upon booking. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival are to be paid in full upon billing. Bookings made more than 60 days before arrival pay half the rental amount upon billing, the balance is due 30 days before arrival. (Paypal subject to 5% surcharge)

If a guest cancels the reservation more than 60 days before arrival, a refund of 100% is given. If a guest cancels the reservation more than 30 days before arrival, a refund of 50% is given. No refunds if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival.

No smoking is permitted in any of the properties.
